I haven't spent a lot of time trying to reproduce this, so I don't know all the situations that it happens under. I am using Beta 10. If there is an information screen up, when I switch from the radio to the MP3 player, the "pause" indicator is on even though the MP3s are playing fine. I can fix it by pausing then unpausing the music.
